RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

We do not offer any return or MONEY-BACK-GUARANTEE on all purchased items. Product(s) can be exchanged from our online store upon request within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange any product(s) if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE:

Shubeel does not offer an exchange/refund policy once the order is processed. However, you are eligible for an exchange if we have delivered a wrong item to you or the one you received is faulty or damaged.
